PaydayPERX / FormsPERX free tax envelopes and free pressure-seal tax forms are free to you because the national brands like H&R Block™, Jackson Hewitt™. TurboTax™, Sprint™ and MetroPCS™ are covering the production costs for the materials. PaydayPERX manages over 20 million forms and envelopes in a given tax season, and our high volumes keep the costs per piece very low.

Small, midrange, and even large businesses and aggregators benefit by saving tremendously on cost, not only from our overall volume discount but because national brands are footing the production cost, in return for placing one or more valuable, relevant offers on the reverse of your envelopes or in the envelope portion of your pressure-sealed forms.

Shipping costs, however, are variable based on weight and distance, and occur at the point of shipment from the Manufacturer/Print Facility to your location or fulfillment provider. As such, PaydayPERX collects the shipping costs in advance in order for the pieces to be shipped, and as a fraud prevention measure.

Our storefront and the UPS connector that calculates shipping has a 150lb weight limit. If you need more than the limit allows, or need to split-ship to multiple locations, we are happy to process the order directly with you rather than through the storefront. We can accomodate virtually any shipping configuration and and can send the order to you via UPS freight or other carriers, rather than UPS commercial/residential Ground which generates the billing. Simply call our logistics department at 614-471-2435 and place your order directly; we will coordinate your specific freight needs on the basis of the order size, your location and distance from the manufacturing facility, etc and can normally turn a shipping quote around for you same-day.
